Which size should I choose?
Our products are unisex. In the details of each product, you’ll find an exact size chart to help you decide.
When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible. Each product is made only after the order is placed to ensure the highest quality. The standard processing time is 2 to 5 business days.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your shipping address.
What should I do if there’s an issue with my order?

How can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, meaning it should be:
- unworn and unwashed,
- free of any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.),
- with the original tag attached,
- undamaged and clean.
Can I modify my order?
If you’ve made a mistake in your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at
hello@lostoceanapparel.com . We’ll do our best to make the necessary changes. However, if your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to modify it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How should I care for Lost Ocean clothing?
To keep your clothing in great condition and preserve both its shape and print, we recommend:
- Washing at a maximum of 30 °C,
- turning the garment inside out before washing,
- avoiding ironing directly over the print,
- not using a dryer,
- avoiding bleach and harsh cleaning agents.
